For more information, click here. Arts & Heritage Cluster Mission: To engage, unite, and illuminate the arts, heritage and culture for a vibrant community. The Arts and Heritage Cluster came to fruition after a group of South Wood County and Rome residents went on a study tour to North Carolina in October 2006. They toured small communities that use art, heritage, and innovative technologies to revitalize their communities after the loss or reduction of textile manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, and tobacco farming.
